The past two years have changed the landscape for many owners and presented some great opportunities for exit and acquisition. Using his experience as a home care franchisor, and then helping corporatize and operate senior care agencies, Grant realized that a business without a structured sales and marketing system, would struggle to grow, and be sustainable over time. As a franchisor he was directly involved with approving new owners, onboarding them into the operating system and fast-tracking ROI.
Grant was commissioned for two years to corporatize a large home care agency in Middle Tennessee, restructuring its branch model, and preparing it for exit. Heading up operations and human resources, he saw the agency grow from a $6m revenue position to $9m during that time and dealing with the caregiver hiring and retention crisis along the way.
He co-founded a national marketing company, commercialized a B2B Local Area Marketing system, using content marketing and launched it to home care agencies across the USA in 2016. In 2018 he developed a home care specific Referral Generation Management CRM Software platform designed specifically for marketers to use as part of their daily sales and marketing activity. Grant worked daily with agencies on maintaining a robust growth strategy, owner and marketer up-skilling and recruitment, performance management and exit strategy planning.
Grant is a member of the Home Care Association of America, and regularly speaks at home care conferences across the USA.
