Kenneth Kuck is former Owner and President of SYNERGY HomeCare with offices in Corona and Anaheim Hills. SYNERGY successfully served over1,000 families over the last decade and employed over 1,000 employees during that time frame. SYNERGY HomeCare is part of a national franchise of non-medical home care offices dedicated to providing exceptional and affordable service to anyone of any age. SYNERGY HomeCare’s services are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, to those in need – including seniors, expectant mothers, and individuals suffering from sports injuries and debilitating illnesses. As the Owner and President, Kuck oversaw the operations of the 75-employee corporation for 15 years.
Prior to SYNERGY HomeCare, Kuck built his career working as a successful Marketing Executive with extensive experience in fostering a unified, performance-based marketing culture. He has demonstrated success in a number of high-level marketing positions across a broad range of industries, both agency and corporate, and has gained expertise that encompasses strategic market planning, organizational leadership and project management. He is an expert in campaign design and new product development.
Earlier in his career, Kuck worked as the Director of Marketing for C&L Refrigeration, a major refrigeration engineering and contracting firm emphasizing alternative energy utilization, where he redeveloped a 30-year-old brand for the organization. Prior to his time at C&L, Kuck was the Vice President of Marketing for Abbott Staffing Companies, parent company and support arm for Abigail Abbott Staffing Services Inc., where he was responsible for the management of three departments consisting of 18 direct reports with an annual operating budget exceeding $1M. As Vice President of Marketing, he managed the marketing department and developed the marketing budget and business planning process for Abbott and its companies. Through market research, he analyzed past, current and future opportunities and determined growth potential and market opportunities. He also directed all marketing strategies, including internet SEO, radio, direct mail, newspaper, promotional items, magazine, public relations and trade show opportunities. In addition, he managed the account development and recruiting departments.
Prior to joining Abbott, Kuck held numerous leadership positions for high-level marketing firms. For nearly 10 years, he worked in the advertising industry for two different agencies, ATAH Inc. and PNI, both of which specialized in radio, newspaper, direct mail, brochures and catalogs. In 1995, he accepted a position as Marketing Programs Manager for American Security Distribution, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of security products. There, his efforts led to an increase in a quarter of a million dollars in purchases during his first three months of employment. From 1996 to 1997, he was the Vice President of Marketing for the KeepSafe Catalog Company and was responsible for all aspects of marketing and development of a direct mail catalog.
Kuck received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Chapman University. He currently resides with his family in Corona and has lived in the Riverside County community for more than 25 years.
