Bill is a seasoned transaction executive who co-founded Americus Credit Group in 1995. In addition to equipment leasing, the company would offer mortgage financing, factoring, contract/purchase order financing as well as accounts receivable and other financial products and services.
The company went on to successfully fund transactions ranging from $500,000 to $10 million for small to medium-sized businesses in the US, Canada, and Mexico with debt participants including but not limited to GE Capital, Phoenix Cor, New England Capital, Zions Bank, Santa Barbra Bank & Trust, Bank of the West, CIT, US Bancorp and more.
In addition to the financial services industry, Bill has also found success in the security industry. In 2001, he co-founded US Security Systems, a California-based minority-owned business Certified SBE by the State of California, that rapidly expanded its footprint throughout eight states.
The company developed strategic alliances with national security companies such as, West Tech Security and ADT to expand its footprint and offer a range of security services including CCTV, Interactive voice-on command monitoring, access control, and alarm systems.

Bill attended Pepperdine University, holds a California Real-Estate License, plays golf, and has a daughter who is a graduate of USC, that is the air that he breathes.
