Meredith Scully is a Senior Member, M&A Advisory Committee at Crossroads. Meredith is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur. Having spent the last 22 years in the private pay home care space, Meredith began her career as a healthcare entrepreneur, built a highly profitable private duty home care company of $5million in annual revenues which resulted in a successful acquisition by National Home Health (AccentCare, Inc.)
Meredith continued her career within the private pay sector focusing on her areas of strength to include developing strategic partnerships, creating operational systems and infrastructure, leveraging staff capabilities and providing excellent service to stakeholders.
Meredith led and managed teams to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through the development of strategic partnerships with respected organizations such as Catholic Health Care West, Kaiser Foundation, Sutter Health, and Wells Fargo Private Banking operationalizing programs to support successful patient outcomes.
As VP of Operations for a national care management firm, Meredith implemented strategies across markets to increase client admissions, improve retention and increase satisfaction with services; maintained successful quality assurance program with satisfaction over 90% annually; directly responsible for 13 branches representing $43million annualized revenue
Meredith believes in collaborative leadership. Throughout her career she has coached and mentored multi-disciplinary staff, designed and implemented team mentoring programs to improve team building and succession planning efforts; utilize Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment™ to facilitate team and professional development.
Meredith resides with her family in Northern California (Marin County) where she enjoys the outdoors, hiking and biking the beautiful Marin landscape. She’s passionate about the farm to table social movement and enjoys seasonal cooking and entertaining friends and family as a favorite hobby.
Meredith is a strong believer in that it “takes a village” to raise children in today’s world. Meredith volunteers her time as a “Godmother” for a program that provides opportunities to young boys who struggle with profound emotional and behavioral challenges, often due to early trauma and exposure to domestic abuse and neglect.
