Steve Dixon is a M&A Transaction Analyst at Crossroads. Steve is an M&A professional with an extensive background as a construction industry business owner and entrepreneur. With over 15 years in the landscape construction industry, Steve began his career in the landscape materials segment.
During his time serving as Vice President of the company, Steve implemented operational systems enabling the effective and comprehensive management of inventory, sales, and costs. The resulting increase in profitability and customer satisfaction, along with his strong focus on financial management and business development, led to Steve spearheading the bolt-on acquisition of another landscape supply company which led to a 100% increase in total revenue over three years.
Steve continued his construction industry career with the founding of an industry-leading synthetic grass construction company. As the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the company, Steve led the company through such an impressive annual revenue growth, the company was awarded by Inc. 5000 as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in California. Steve attributes this rapid growth to the company’s focus on offering superior products and services, while building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Steve is a proven construction industry leader, driving organizations through rapid growth while focusing on profitability and key performance indicators. Steve lives in Orange County with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, going to the beach, escaping to the mountains, and is a hobbyist cidermaker.
